Empowering new teachers to better support ELL students in their classrooms.
New teachers face many challenges. One of these challenges is inadequate training to deal with the diversity of students in today's classrooms.
This website seeks to provide new teachers with an easy to navigate, general, and straightforward resource that makes the case for why social and emotional well-being of ELL students should be a priority in their classroom and helps provide ideas for practice in regards to ELL student well-being.
The website was created with the context of British Columbia Teachers in mind, but much of it is widely applicable to teachers of ELL students elsewhere.
